Beyond Careers is a new type of careers service. We are not your online careers coach. We have taken over 20 years of experience in offering Careers Guidance to produce a series of offers that will get you to where you want to be without wasting hard earned cash. We are not here to help you to get rich quick. We are here to help you to find your fit.
Our aim is to get you from A to B and if you don’t know where B is we will help you find it. No matter where you are on the pathway we will help you.
My one goal in life is to make people realise they aren’t failures. You haven’t failed because you didn’t get the grades, hey you did your best! You haven’t failed because you’re not happy at work. You haven’t failed because you want a total change of career and you haven’t failed because you aren’t where the world of social media says you should be.
We are all unique. We are all different. Our paths will not be the same. However, the methods I have developed for guidance will help you to see the wood from the trees. I can help you to make sense of everything that has happened and how we can shape your future to be the one you dream of.
I can help you to work out what it is you actually want from life, what you need in life and a plan of how to get there. Will it be more training or do you just need to update that worn out CV to one that recruiters will notice?

Careers, Advice and Guidance
Our one to one adult guidance sessions are for anyone wanting to return to work, change their career or start their own business. Our one to one guidance sessions are split into different styles but all start with a free 15 minute consultation to assess your needs. All our one to one sessions are offered at a time to suit you and are held with one of our fully qualified careers advisers.
Our 1 hour careers, advice and guidance sessions are designed for those who have an idea of where they want to go but need help in mapping out their options. Ideal for recent graduates or those wanting more career clarification. Within the hour long session our highly qualified and experienced advisers will help to assess your needs, explore all your career options and develop a strategy with you to help you to move forwards. Our 1 hour Careers, Advice and Guidance sessions all happen via video call* and are charged at £94 per hour
Careers Coaching
For those who are at a crossroads and either out of work or looking to change career we can offer a more in-depth one to one bespoke guidance service. We can help you to look at your strengths, personality, experience and career preferences as well as where you are now and what you would like. As each person is an individual with individual needs this service is bespoke so please contact us so we can design a programme that will suit your needs. Starting at £164.
CV support
Curriculum Vitaes or as we all call them CV’s are probably the hardest thing to write. Even I find writing my own difficult! In 20 years of working in Education I have supported thousands of people to write amazing CV’s. My trusted method will help you to secure that new job, get that pay rise or even enter the job market!
To start you off you can download our online self study course on how to write a CV. Broken down into easy steps we look at the separate elements of a CV and what makes a recruiter read more.
