Here at Above and Beyond Careers we provide a bespoke careers guidance service. We offer a programme to suit you and if we don’t have one, we will create it for you.
If you are an adult returning to work, looking for a career change, or taking your first step on the career ladder, we can help.
If you a teenager confused about your options at 13, 16, or 18; we can help with that as well.
If you are an educational setting looking to update, develop or embed your careers provision, yes, of course we can help you too.
Our entire team is qualified to a minimum of Level 6 and some to Level 7 in careers guidance, meaning they are more than just your average life coach. Let our knowledge and expertise help you to grow.
Our Services
At Above and Beyond Careers Ltd we support different groups of people at different points in their careers. First, we provide a service for Education providers and support for young people. Above Careers. This bespoke service supports schools in implementing and meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks. It supports young people in making choices about their next step and helps parents find the right information and advice about their child’s future options. Whether it is consultancy or face-to-face guidance, careers lessons or support for Careers Leads, we are here to help.
I know how hard it is as a working mum to access the workplace. I know how difficult it was to change jobs after having children and how tough the job market really is. Beyond Careers is here to help you through the tough times. If you just need advice on how to get a job, need to find focus and the right path, or need an awesome CV, then Beyond Careers is here for you. Beyond Careers also continues to support young people once they have left education and supports them in their early careers.
About Me
Hi, I’m Hannah, founder of Above and Beyond careers
I am a little bit of everything! I have qualifications in Linguistics and Agriculture, and I am a registered careers professional with my Level 7 MA in Careers Guidance and Development. In my spare time, I am the District Councillor for Enderby and Chair of Trustees for the 38th Enderby and Narborough Scouts. I also have a busy family life, with my own children and pets, and in what spare time I have, I love baking, gardening, reading, crochet and travelling. I am fiercely passionate about making sure no one feels like a failure or left out. I will help anyone, no matter the topic, subject, or problem; I will endeavour to find something that helps. I am a strong believer in making the most out of life, taking chances and finding opportunities. I have only got this far in my own life through determination, hard work and some serious planning and organising (the joy of dyslexia). Hopefully, there is an element of Above and Beyond Careers that can support you. If there isn’t, let me know, and I shall see if I can fix that!

It is National Careers Week! This is like National Coffee Week for Careers Advisers (that’s 17-23rd of October if you’re wondering). National Careers Week is a celebration of Careers Guidance and resources across the UK.
